My Keyboard Lessons

I have a toy keyboard which my father bought for Rs.200 from Lingampally.It was in damaged condition which my father himself fixed and made it working, but I broke the mic the other day.

We went to query about learning keyboard lessons from an institute recently, and my father was not happy about the place and people there. So we decided to learn by our own. My father bought a big book and got some videos in the computer, he taught me the keys and notes in the keyboard last week.

One challenge my father kept is that I have to learn one Rhyme and play without any mistakes to get a big keyboard. I learnt my favorite rhyme "Twinkle Twinkle little star" in two days and demonstrated to him. He said I didn't make any mistakes, but need to practice for one more week to play it faster. I was excited to know that the swaras I learnt with my mother in Carnatic music class can be played with the keyboard. My father marked all those CDEFGAB notes on the keyboard along with Sa Ri Ga Ma Pa Da Ni swaras. I don't want to sing, but playing keyboard is very much enjoyable... especially the different sound like violin, guitar and even the gun shot like sound also possible in keyboard.
